Applying For An Auto Loan:

How do I apply for a vehicle loan?

Go to the application section of our website and simply fill out the loan application. We use a secure server, so your information is protected. When can I expect a call regarding my application? In most cases we will call you within a couple of hours, except on Sunday.

How much down payment will I need?

Can I trade my current vehicle for another one?
Yes, please put down as much information as you can when filling out the loan application. We will then schedule a time for you to come in so we can place a fair value on your trade in.

How much are my payments going to be?
Much depends on the down payment amount, term of the loan, and your monthly income. We will sit down with you and review your monthly budget while coming up with a payment that makes us both comfortable.

Where do your vehicles come from?
We employ full time buyers, who purchase vehicles from nationally recognized auctions through out the South Eastern United States.

My Credit is bad, can you help me?
Yes we can! We have been helping people re-establish their credit while financing quality vehicles for over 20 years. We look at your current ability to repay the loan as one of our credit criteria.

What paperwork do I need to bring with me.
You will need at your disposal the following;
1. Proof of employment, i.e. current pay stub, or if self employed a copy of your tax return and/or bank statements.
2. Proof of residence. Current utility bill or lease agreement.
3. The ability to get full coverage insurance coverage

Payments:

How do I make a loan payment?
In person, by mail, over our website, or you can call our account managers who will take your credit or debit card information from you.

How do I contact my account manager?
Call 904-783-8391 Monday-Friday 9am to 7pm, and Saturday 9am-5pm.

My payment is going to be late?
Making your payment on time is your responsibility. If you foresee a circumstance where your payment will not be made by the due date, please call your account manager at 904-783-8391 to make a payment arrangement.

Setting up an ACH
We will set up an ACH to have your payment automatically taken out of your bank account on your scheduled due dates. We offer this service at no extra charge. Please call Brenda Crews at 904-783-8558 for more information.

Will my credit history be reported to a Credit Bureau?
Making your auto payments on time will build your credit rating and credit score. We do report each month to the Credit Bureau.

Service Department:

Are the mechanics certified?
Yes, we have ASE certified mechanics.

Do I need to make an appointment?
In most cases you will need to call the service manager at 904-783-1760 to schedule a service time.

Do you have rental cars while mine is being worked on?
No, our insurance will not allow us to rent cars, but we will help you find a reputable rental agency.

What do I do if my vehicle breaks down?
Have your vehicle towed to our service department located at 3552 West Beaver Street, Jacksonville, Florida. Check with your insurance agent to see if this is covered on your policy.

What if I don’t have enough money to fix my vehicle?
Our policy guidelines state that if your repair is under $150.00, we expect full payment upon completion of the repair.
